Carlo is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of senior sales management experience in the IT infrastructure sector in Europe spanning start-ups, hyper growth, big corporate as well as turnaround environments.
Most recently Carlo served as VP EMEA at Violin Memory (NASDQ: VMEM). Before that he built and lead Pure Storage´s (NASDQ: PSTG) Field Operation in Central Europe, growing it from a few hundred thousand USD to double digit millions in revenue. He also spent 18 years at Cisco Systems in various leadership roles across Enterprise, Service Providers and Channels. He served as Enterprise Sales Director in Italy, General Manager Cisco Austria, Area Vice President Alpine Region (Austria and Switzerland) and his last role at Cisco was VP and General Manager Cisco Germany with a revenue responsibility well beyond 1B USD.
Carlo also attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
